Welcome to Las Vegas Blast Softball
A former two-time Canadian Olympian, Kristy represented Team Canada (1998–2008) on the world’s biggest stages. Her playing career includes competing in the 2000 and 2004 Olympic Games, serving as an alternate in 2008, along with appearances at three World Championships and two Pan-American Games. She first broke onto the international scene as a member of the Canadian Junior National Team at the 1995 Junior World Championships.
Before her international career, Kristy excelled at the collegiate level at the University of Hawaii at Hilo, where she earned dual bachelor’s degrees—Biology with a minor in Chemistry, and Health & Physical Education—all while competing as a standout student-athlete.
Off the field, Kristy continues her commitment to helping others as part of the Acute Physical Therapy Department at Sunrise Hospital. A lifelong athlete herself, she enjoys running, fitness, and staying active.
Kristy’s experience as an Olympian, international competitor, and longtime coach makes her an invaluable leader for LV Blast athletes striving to play at the highest levels of the game.
